Quicksave support
A little help getting back to your games.
Need a hand?
Email quicksaveapp@proton.me. Tell us what happened, which iPhone you use and your iOS version. A screenshot can help.
Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details or information about other people that we don’t need.
Save a game from a video
- Open a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube post and tap Share.
- Open the iPhone share sheet and choose Quicksave. Some apps put this under More or Share to.
- Wait for Quicksave to confirm the save. Game identification can continue after you close the sheet.
If Quicksave is missing, swipe to More in the share sheet’s app row and add it to your favourites. Make sure Quicksave is installed and you’ve opened it to finish setup.
A game wasn’t identified
Private, deleted or restricted posts may not be accessible. Some videos don’t show enough information to find a match, and matches can be wrong.
Email us the public post link and, if you know it, the game’s name. Let us know whether the save failed or the wrong game appeared.
Restore a purchase
Tap Restore on the paywall. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. If you previously linked your library to Sign in with Apple, sign in to that Quicksave account too.
If access still hasn’t returned, email us with what you see on screen. Don’t buy the subscription again just to troubleshoot.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quicksave. You can also open Apple’s subscription settings.
Deleting the app or your Quicksave account does not cancel your subscription. Apple handles billing. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page; Apple decides whether a purchase is eligible.
Your account and data
Open Quicksave’s account settings to delete your account or view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you can’t access your account, or want a copy of your information or a correction, email quicksaveapp@proton.me.
We may ask for enough information to verify that the account is yours. Our privacy policy explains what deletion removes and what may remain.
Report content or block someone
In a shared list’s people section, tap a member to find Report and Block. You can review blocked people in your account settings.
You can also report objectionable content or abusive behaviour to quicksaveapp@proton.me. Include the relevant list or post link and a short explanation so we can find and review the problem.
